I AM SIMON OLIVECRONA

I grew up in Stockholm, Sweden and attended the local theater already from a young age. It was there and then I realized what I really liked doing. Performing and telling a story. Sharing my understanding of a character with the audience.

As I grew older the local theater couldn’t offer enough challenges for me as it was mostly directed towards a younger crowd, therefore I decided to chase my dream else where and moved to Los Angeles, where I would attend New York Film Academy.

I attended The New York Film Academy – LA Campus from 2017-2018 and have since then starred in several short films and commercials. Most of my short films were filmed in The US, but the commercials in Sweden.

Another thing worth mentioning is that I’ve also done some modelling work, which I’ve also found fun as it still shares a story, but differently. The expression “A picture is worth a thousand words” couldn’t be more true.

When I finished my studies, I moved back to Sweden to continue my journey. So here I am ready to take on new challenges.
